SEED- Angel Pam West (3:17)
All life starts from a tiny seed/A gift of love, all that you'll ever
need/Plant your seeds and watch them grow and grow/
For what you reap depends on what you sow.
Sunshine, shine on me/Help me to grow my tiny seed/Send down your cosmic
rays/To warm my heart and chase the clouds away.
And the world keeps spinning round a circle of dreams/We're dancing with our
shadows stepping in the beams, Of life . . . of Life!
Father Blue Sky, and Mother Earth/You've held our hands through many
births/Through the pulse of time/Our roots grow deep while we strive to climb.
And the world keeps spinning round a circle of dreams/We're dancing with our
shadows stepping in the beams, Of life . . . of Life!
All life starts from a tiny seed/A gift of love, all that you'll ever
need/Plant your seeds and watch them grow and grow/
For what you reap depends on what you sow.
Chant and bang on the drums until you get tired.
LIVE TO SING-Angel Pam West (3:57)
You wonder why you just can't die to end the pain/Beloved, I know you're
blue, but I'd like for you to stay.
So when your feet grow tired, and your head hangs low/Don't lose your
way/Cause you know, oh, you know
When you climb that hill, you'll live to sing another day...Sing another
day/Live to sing another day.
Dreams, they seem so far/You work so hard, still they run away/Beloved, hold
to your truth/You just can't lose when you sing your say.
So when your heart grows tired and the feeling's gone, don't lose your
way/'Cause you know, oh you know when you win this war,
You'll live to sing another day/Sing another day/Live to sing another day.
Live to sing, live to sing,
you gotta live, gotta live, gotta live to sing/you gotta live, gotta live,
gotta live to sing/you gotta, gotta, gotta, gotta, gotta, live to sing/You
gotta live to sing.
LITTLE MIRACLES-Angel Pam West (5:06)
When the stormy sea surrounds you/And the crashing waves begin to drown
you/Close your eyes and swim to the depths inside of you/And whisper a prayer
for your soul.
I believe in worlds unseen/I know, I know what's waiting for me/I can be
anything that I need/I can show you things that you might not think to
perceive,
Visions you have to believe to see/To see . . . little miracles. Little
miracles.
On a moonlit night your shadows stalk you/Magnifying fears that paralyze
you/Let the fog embrace the darkness inside of you/And whisper a prayer for
your soul.
I believe in worlds unseen/I know, I know what's waiting for me/I can be
anything that I need/I can show you things that you might not think to
perceive,
Visions you have to believe to see/To see . . . little miracles. Little
miracles.
Oh, to see the beauty in a summer rain, like a child again. I believe, I
believe, I believe I can see the light of your soul. We are one, you know.
We are love, you know.
Oh, Little miracles. Little miracles. Little miracles. Little miracles.
CHAINS OF THE MODERN APE MAN-Angel Pam West (4:02)
So many lemons I've been handed, sour doubt driving out the voice of
inspiration. So many days tick away in fleeting years, ruled by fears of
self-humiliation.
O God, I've tried so hard to keep the faith that my sun is just beyond the
horizon. I'll wait as long as it takes to live my bliss, I won't miss my
chance at liberation.
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah.
CHORUS: So I'll just wait another, wait another day. I'll just wait
another, wait another day I'll just wait another, wait another day.
I'll just wait another, wait another day. Wait another day.
So many people that have fallen on hard times choose to climb, but towards
the wrong destination.
So many say that I am crazy 'cause I choose to be a muse. They hope I like
starvation.
O God, I surrender it all! Take my soul! Take control, you are my sole
motivation. Patience is your lesson for me, I've got to learn to wait my
turn for these manifestations.
Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. REPEAT CHORUS (lead into bridge)
Wait another day, another dollar, 'nother wasted hour in the chains of the
modern ape man, as the apples fall upon my head! Wait another day! REPEAT
CHORUS
GOLDEN MEAN-Angel Pam West (3:28)
I've been down,Oh, I've been so down before.I know just how low, low can be.
I've been high,Oh, I've been so high before,I just grit my teeth and I hung
on for the ride.
CHORUS: But somewhere in between, Oh, there's a place I feel alive.
Somewhere in between, Oh, I've got to find my Golden Mean. Oh, my Golden
Mean.
I've been here, Oh, and I've been there, searchin' for a place to call my
home.
And when I find it, Oh, this gypsy heart of mine starts burnin' with desire
to roam. REPEAT CHORUS
SCREAM OF THE BUTTERFLY-Angel Pam West (7:05)
I. Cocoon
Spent so many lonely years building a cocoon/Forgot that I was meant to be
more than just a worm.
The thick, dark case kept me safe in a womb/Protected from the winters of my
life.
Found a few addictions to mask all my afflictions from the world/Made a
string of bad decisions/Blamed them on my false derision.
I thought I was going mad/Lost in all the losses, pain, and fears/Got so numb
I couldn't cry the tears.
CHORUS: It was the scream of the butterfly that grew the wings that made the
angel fly. It's times like these that make the angels cry,
As the rain against the lighthouse in the storm.
II. Transformation
Plunging down the darkened spiral, praying for my own survival/Grasping for a
hand to stop my fall.
I heard a voice deep inside me. He said that he would come to find me/After
I'd spent my time in hell.
I came face to face with the monsters of my mind and I battled with the
demons for my soul-the war over my soul. REPEAT CHORUS
III. Metamorphosis
IV. Emergence
My ship survived the transformation/I set a course for liberation as I freed
the sails of my dreams.
All at once I remembered the mission for which I'd been rendered/It was clear
as the crystal sea.
Beyond the storm, there is a light/A light that is Love pure white/Feel the
peace as it pours through your soul.
FLOOD OF 1992-Angel Pam West (4:24)
Here comes the rain again/Falling droplets from my head/Stinging moisture
from the pain/Getting through, just let it rain
CHORUS: 'Cause I'm trying to survive/But, you know, it's good to be
alive/Live day by day, tomorrow is another one.
Clouds might go away and bring back the sun/Bring back the sun. Ooooo.
Floods come crashing in/Learn to swim or be consumed within/Rivers cutting
through the heart/Changing shape and leaving scars. REPEAT CHORUS
But ya know, every life needs some rain/Every life needs some pain/It makes
us who we are. It makes us who we are.
No rain makes shallow water (people). No rain makes wells go dry (the depths
of our souls will go dry) without the rain, yeah.
Rain, rain don't go away, I need you sometimes. Rain, rain wash the pain away
and make me stronger, oh make me stronger, oh make me stronger day by day.
Oh rain on me. Oh rain on me, I need some rain.
WHITE WOLF & THE KING OF WANDS
-Angel Pam West & Elizabeth Howell (5:28)
All of her life, she has felt the drumming of his heart upon the earth.
Has he heard the cry of the White Wolf-The scream of the separate from the
Central Sun?
She sees the mirror of his face, she hears the whispers of his voice in her
soul . . . always in her soul.
King of Wands in a crystal cave/Glitter, gold and jewels abound for your
name. There false love is always thrown at your feet
As the White Wolf sings on. As the White Wolf sings on.
Can you feel her truth in the fire of her song? Can you see her, King of
Wands, through your prison door? Awaken from the dream, return to the One.
All of her life she has waited while he played the game of fools. So long
she has watched as he turned his vision downward/Away from the Sun.
Beloved spirits, they walk beyond illusion, they dance in perfect
union-violet flame consuming.
King of Wands hears the echo of thunder from the not so distant split of
time. Will he walk with her through the grail gateway?
As the White Wolf sings on. As the White Wolf sings on.
Can you hear her truth in the fire of her song? Can you see her, King of
Wands, through your prison door?Awaken from the dream, return to the One . .
.Return to the One
ONE OF THOSE DAYS-Angel Pam West (4:00)
Please leave me alone. Just leave me alone.
Woke up on the wrong side of bed/Nightmares still foggy in my head/I don't
want to face the world today/Besides, they sky looks a little too gray for me.
I guess it's going to be one of those days/A day when nothing seems to go my
way/I wish I could just go back to bed, pull the covers over my head-
Curl up into myself, forget the world exists/Please leave me alone. Just
leave me alone.
Think of all the things I have to do/It makes it hard when I feel so blue/I
drink my tea and try to clear the haze/Then I step outside and it begins to,
it begins to,
It begins to rain. Why does it always seem to happen to me? Well, I guess .
. .
I guess it's going to be one of those days/A day when nothing seems to go my
way/Slap a smile upon my face, pretend the human race/Cares I have a
soul-forget that I can feel.
Please leave me alone. Just leave me alone.

BARGAIN BINS OF LIFE-Angel Pam West,
Chris Otto Frohring & Erik Diaz (3:47)
You can't go window shopping and expect that you will find all the answers to
the questions in your mind.
You have to dig quite deeper to find the truth sometimes. It's always
hiding, in the bargain bins of life.
CHORUS: If you open up your mind and take a long hard look inside yourself.
Ask and you might receive. Seek and you shall find. Knock and the door will
be opened to you. Doo doot do.
Some people just don't get it. They live on hate and greed. They don't know
that the best things in life are always free.
The spark that lives inside you is all that you will ever need, But just
remember who made the blind man to see. Oh…
REPEAT CHORUS
SHE WENT DOWN TO THE GARDEN
-Chris Otto Frohring, Angel Pam West
Dedicated to my grandfather, Anthony J. West, and my uncle, Lee West, who
passed through the porthole during the past year.
She went down to the garden and she pulled up all the flowers. The frost had
come to quickly and she didn't have a chance to say goodbye.
There's a time to run. There's a time to play. Don't wait, just say, what
you need to say.
One more sunset. One more light grows dim.
She could wait for winter to come creeping in her bones, or she could wait
for sunshine to bring warmth again, despite the hollow cold.
There's a time to live, and there's a time to cry. Don't fight, just sigh,
everything has to die.
(Swingin' bassoon solo)
There's a time to love, and there's a time to be. Just know that with the
end of the snow, there comes another spring.
One more sunset. One more light grows dim.

IT'S A DOG'S LIFE-Angel Pam West & Moses the Musical Wonder Dog
I like to sleep all day after I howl at the moon. Then I chew a few shoes
before scarfin some food, yeah.
Oh, baby, you know. It's a dog's life.
I like to get a little tail when I'm not chasin' my own. When I sniff your
butt, I'm just sayin' hello!
Ooo, baby, you know. It's a dog's life. Oh yeah, it's the good life. It's
a dog's life.
I run down the road just as free as a bird, now. People talk but I don't
understand a word they say.
I wag my tail and they give me a bone. Then I give 'em a little lick and Oooo
they take me home!!!
Oh, baby you know, it's a dog's life. Oh, it's the good life…it's a dog's
life.
My master, he says he's always jealous of me. When he dies he wants to come
back to be, guess what, of course. It's a dog's life.
So when you get the blues, take a tip from me! Roll in something dead and
chase a cat up a tree, yeah!
You'll feel better, I'm sure, 'cause it's a dog's life. Oh yeah, it's the
good life…it's a dog's life. Uh huh. Howwwwwlllllll……
